Lecture du Petit Prince en khmerOn 5 March, the SIPAR association, which works to eradicate illiteracy in Cambodia, was presented with a cheque for $ 46,000 (around € 36 000). The sum was raised through an auction organised by Swiss watchmakers IWC Schaffhausen of the UTC Edition Antoine de Saint-Exupéry limited edition pilot’s watch in platinum.

The cheque will enable the association to take its projects forward, in particular the publication of books in Khmer for young readers and the development of a network of school libraries in Cambodia.
