In total, it consists of 58 signed sheets, published in the newspaper l’Intransigeant between 4 and 6 February 1936. Alongside it will be displayed a collection of personal mementoes of the author, including a raincoat and his identity bracelet that was recovered at sea. On 17 June, the famous chapter will be auctioned in aid of the Antoine de Saint-Exupéry Youth Foundation under the auspices of the Fondation de France. The estimated selling price for the manuscript is 200,000 to 300,000 euros.
