If you live in the Vendée, then you have a date with Saint-Exupéry, the aviator and author. From 15 January to 7 April  2010, at the Cédéthèques (CD libraries) of Montaigu and La Gaubretière, you can find out more about his airborne odyssey and his crash landing in the desert. A special space is dedicated to Guillaumet, or more specifically to the crash in the Andes and his miraculous survival.
Some of Saint-Exupéry’s personal effects will be on display, including his flying gloves and satchel.

On Saturday 16 January, a conference-meeting on Saint-Exupéry will be held at 15.30 at the Cédéthèque de Montaigu.
